Navin Jeetun Profile - Chartered Valuer
Mr Navin JEETUN, Chartered Valuer is at the head of the practice. He holds a Masters Degree is in Real Estate at the University of Reading (UK), a diploma in Valuation Surveying from the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (UK) and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK).
The RICS (UK) is the mark of property professionalism worldwide and is responsible for setting the rules, regulations and continuous training requirements needed to deliver the highest standards of quality and service in the Real Estate field.
Mr Jeetun has been professionally involved in the property market in Mauritius since November 2000, when he was elected a Professional Associate of the R.I.C.S. Being a highly qualified property professional, he exercises as a General Practice Surveyor, Investment & Development Surveyor to an Asset Management Surveyor.
He was a former Government Valuer of the Ministry of Finance who has acquired more than 12 years experience as a Chartered Valuer. During his career, he has successfully worked on a wide range of valuation instructions for government and parastatal bodies. This has made him one of the highly knowledgeable Chartered Valuer and property consultant. As a determined hard working professional, Mr Jeetun is one of the highly qualified property professional of the island who has been very active within the Mauritian property market as a government valuer.
