He holds a Masters Degree is in Real Estate at the University of Reading (UK), a diploma in Valuation Surveying from the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (UK) and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK).

Valuation Report
The Valuation Report is a brief report which provides an opinion of market value for a variety of purposes.
Rent Review & Lease Renewal
Dealing with the complexities in modern rent review and lease renewal arrangements.
Expert Witness in Disputes
Acting as expert witness in property related disputes in the Courts and Tribunals.
Assess & Advise Compensation
We assess and advise on compulsory purchase compensation, where government compulsorily acquires private properties statutorily.
Rating Valuation (Municipal Tax)
